steps to take.
Reference was made to an existing ‘Timeline’. After some detailed discussion it
was agreed that the following action be taken.
·
Alan to produce a leaflet based on the current web page
to invite any resident or interested party to a public meeting to be held in
the Community Centre on Thursday May 24th.
· The purpose of the public meeting being to describe to the public what the Parish Plan was about and to seek volunteers to become part of the process.
· Lyndsay produced some helpful leaflets and described her experience of the Wrea Green Plan. It was agreed that we would follow a similar line.
· The timescale in readiness for the public meeting was considered and it was agreed that a leaflet should be delivered in the week commencing Monday 14th May. In addition an advert should be placed in the Kirkham and Wesham Advertiser + further referece within the Wesham Community Web Site.
· Various examples of the finished Parish Plan document were examined and the feeling was that the Wrea Green plan was the most favoured.
· Reference was made to the questionnaires that will be distributed later in the year and it was felt that the content should be as minimum as possible. Alan however pointed out that there was a requirement by Communityfutures that some compulsory questions MUST be included.
