	Change Fylde's undemocratic Cabinet system of government.
	Depoliticise the scrutiny process for all decisions.
	Not operate a whip system to tell people how they must vote.
	Not have enforced collective policies.
	Reduce the influence of party politics in Fylde.
	Always act in the interests of our electorate.
