A new support group here at the centre organised by Jo Townsend. This is a relaxed, friendly get together for people living with and beyond long term health conditions, their families and friends. Everyone is welcome to join this safe space where they are invited to share experiences with others in similar situations. There will be time to chat, make new friendships, try new hobbies and from time to time there will be guest speakers and experts who will be offering the opportunity to try something different such as relaxation sessions from Masters Massage and make up lessons from Lady Gray.
